Rie Dadley is the Founder & Principal of Mystic Momma Shop, a privately held holding and management company.

With over a decade of experience building and overseeing independently operated businesses, Rie founded Mystic Momma Shop in 2018 to provide centralized oversight, structure, and long-term direction across its portfolio.

As Founder & Principal, Rie maintains active leadership responsibility for operational oversight organizational structure, performance monitoring, and compliance coordination for all subsidiary companies
